Return window
Fourteen days from receipt of the parcel. After that, no return is accepted unless there is a proven defect — the legal warranty of conformity runs for two years.
Expected condition
The piece must come back unworn, unwashed, with the original tag attached. A washed or marked t-shirt cannot go back on sale, so it cannot be refunded.
How to proceed
Start the return from your account, under My returns. We reply within 24 working hours with what to do next. Then drop the parcel at a pickup point or post office.
Refund
Within five working days of receiving and checking the parcel, to the original payment method. You get an email as soon as the transfer leaves.
Exchanges
We do not run direct exchanges: stock is too short to hold a piece aside. Return the item and place a new order in the right size.
Damaged parcel
Take a photo before opening and send it to contact@bison-officiel.com the same day. We reship at our cost, no questions asked.
