Purpose and acceptance
These terms govern sales made on bison-officiel.com. Placing an order means accepting them in full. They may change: the applicable version is the one online on the day of the order.
Products and availability
Pieces are produced in limited runs, with no automatic restock. A size shown as sold out will not necessarily return. Visuals reflect the product as closely as possible, allowing for screen variation.
Price and payment
Prices are shown in euros, including tax within the European Union. Payment is made by card via Stripe with 3D Secure authentication.
Delivery
BISON currently ships as a priority to the French overseas territories. Right of withdrawal
You have fourteen days from receipt to withdraw, without giving a reason. Return shipping is at your expense unless we made the mistake.
Disputes
We always look for an amicable solution first: write to contact@bison-officiel.com, we reply within five working days. Failing an agreement, you may refer the matter free of charge to our consumer mediator: CM2C — Centre de la Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de justice 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France www.cm2c.net Failing that, French law applies and the dispute may be brought before the competent court.
