The simplest route first

You do not have to use this form. Starting the return from your account, under My returns, has exactly the same effect and is faster. An email to contact@bison-officiel.com clearly stating that you withdraw also works.

Deadline

Fourteen days from receipt, as the law provides. The form must reach us before that deadline; sending the item back can follow.

Once received

We refund you within fourteen days at the latest after recovering the item, to the original payment method. Return shipping is at your expense, unless we made the mistake.
