What we collect
Name, email address, delivery address, phone number and order history. Nothing else. We collect no banking data: Stripe processes the payment and we never see the card number.
Why we process it
To prepare and ship your order, handle returns, answer your questions, and send the newsletter if you asked for it. No list is ever sold, nothing is shared for advertising.
How long
Order data is kept for ten years for accounting reasons. Account data is deleted three years after the last login. Newsletter records are deleted as soon as you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, portability and objection. Two of these are immediate, without going through us: from your account, under My data, you download everything the site knows about you and you can delete your account. For the rest, write to contact@bison-officiel.com, answered within thirty days. You may also refer the matter to the CNIL.
Cookies
One cart cookie and one session cookie, both required for the site to work. The measurement cookie — where our visitors come from — is only set after your consent and can be withdrawn at any time. The site also keeps, in your browser's memory and nowhere else, the list of pieces you have just looked at: it is never sent to us, serves no targeting, and disappears when you clear your browser.
